CAV Consult offers a structured, three-day assessment program designed to help businesses evaluate their sustainability practices. Through a combination of in-depth interviews and expert analysis, we assess the current state of sustainability within your organization, pinpoint strengths and weaknesses, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.

On the first two days of the assessment, we engage with various stakeholders across the company to map the sustainability status and challenges. On the third day, we present our findings and provide a tailored roadmap for improvement.
